Chef Michael Alexson has long envisioned creating beautiful food for enthusiastic and appreciative clients.

His passion for cooking is long lived and began for him in his mothers kitchen. Cooking was ingrained in Michael at an early age and his career began at 15 years of age in Malibu at and ocean front eatery.

During his formative school years, Michael experienced several restaurants as we as institutional cooking.

His attendance in culinary classes is quite extensive and he continues to use all available research materials to evolve his recipes and techniques.
